    I haven’t seen or heard anything on EDP in all the discussions and content in this site.

    When looking to establish your standing as the private man or woman, is an EDP more or less the same as an affidavit?

    If EDP is a greater document, what are the best steps involved?

    Can we get a good reason for using an EDP?

    I have heard of them but I’ve never seen it recommended on here to complete one. The best way to work out whether you should do it is to find some one who has and ask them what it achieved for them and did it allow them to achieve any sort of success in dealings with the adversary.
