    Hi guys,

since COVID in 2020 my family has basically broken apart. Its extremely difficult for me to deal with Normies that willfully comply with unlawful statutes. I know it is ones duty to settle honorably with your neighbor, i.e. your relatives, however this fictional virus has created an impenetrable firewall between the minds, and it does not seem to disappear.

How do I position myself, as of today, to be become bulletproof when inheritance matters arise in the future?

Basically I do not have any allies within my family. Challenging the System by questioning the lawfulness of inheritance tax, or discharging debt with PNs, would be considered crazy by my only brother. I assume he would hire a lawyer to settle any important family matter in the future, since currently we are not on good terms. All in all it is not a good outlook on any possible meeting of the minds.

How would I deal with a lawyer? What can I do today to prepare? Non-consent process?

Since I have had brilliant successes with Marks methods, I will definitely negotiate in commerce and hold my position.

If you could give a brief direction on how to position myself, this would be awesome and provide a little headache relief.. Thank you very much.

I hear and feel for you Yannick. I’m in the same boat with my sister, basically I was a father figure and protector my whole life. Her husband comes from Doctors and academics. This Xmas was the first get together and I couldn’t handle the covid talk. She even tried to blame my son’s slightly runny nose on her son getting sick. Hers vax and mine not. Apparently the vax effects chromosome 8 which is to do with intelligence and cancer. I think it will take something drastic to wake them up and even then, I think they will look for other answers.

With the statistics and data coming out of other countries and even here now in Australia. Death rates are jumping, along with other conditions. Our cells basically reproduce themselves every 7 years and the jabs have given them autoimmune deficiencies. Any pre morbidities will come quicker. Just be the best you can for the time we have left and don’t stress about Lawyers and money. Do what you need to protect yourself and remember your health and mind isn’t worth any amount of money. Our future is what we make it to be.

I hope you can find some common ground and the confidence in yourself for looking at the bigger picture.

All the best, take care and keep smiling. Ant

What do you specifically mean by inheritance matters?

when parents die, the estate is inherited and shared between the children (heirs). The system charges around 30% tax on that.

Maybe I havent explained clearly enough what my situation is like. Sorry for that. I am 41, my only brother is 37. My Father is 78. My mum is 70. Parents are divorced. At some point in the future my brother and me will have to sort out everything around the estate as the heirs.

This wouldnt be any concern, If I would get along well with my brother. Thats not the case any longer.

Since I now operate in the realm of the living, I will definately handle all matters in regards to inheritance taxes as a living man.

Thats going to cause even more confusion between my brother and me.

Do you know how inheritance taxes work all of the ins and outs and if there are any exceptions? You could get some free legal advice around that because there may be a legal way of avoiding it. There are usually community law centres where you can get free legal advice. You could start there?

why not discharging the tax-debt with a promissory note?

Wouldn’t you have to have the co-operation of your brother to successfully complete that PN process?

I have no idea how these circumstances would play out in the public.

if you accept to inherit real estate, the governement will charge around 30% of the value. There arent any exceptions. Thats why many heirs sell the houses they inherit, because they cant afford to pay the tax.

Oh ok. It’s a difficult situation when you don’t have your family on the same page as you.

I assume it would be difficult, yes. I have no idea though. Thats why I am asking how one would prepare in such a situation.

The best thing for you to strive to do is to illustrate to your brother how it would be financially advantageous if you went through this process. It would be a huge learning curve as you would have to learn how hold your position all the way through to the high court if necessary. But f you can come to an agreement with your brother then it will be much easier to achieve. Are your parents still alive, or is the will being dealt with now? if not then this will give you time to achieve what I have described. There are plenty of resources here to help you but if you don’t get your brother onside it could get very messy.

why is it so that it could get messy? After all we are just 2 parties, that have equal rights to a title? Parents are still alive. I honestly dont think I can convince my brother to join me in the trenches. I heared Winston Shrout once say that when push comes to shove with property, you can even file a lien on the property. That way the property becomes inalienable. No bank wants to touch it any more.

It could get messy because he may take you to court and oppose what you are doing or are you saying you will get separate payments from the estate that you each individually are asked by the system to pay death duties on.

I am not sure. This is why I want to gather as much information now, and work out a strategy. Best would be to talk to someone who has experience in that field. The bible depicts first borns to be in a “privileged” position. Most important would be to have evidence of private agreements with my brother i.e. 3 notices for any important question regarding a specific matter (commercial default).
