    Hi Guys,

    I need some urgent help, if anyone has any advice it would be greatly appreciated!

    My ex-wife is about to take me to court to get our divorce order (consent order) revised. Unfortunately I signed the bloody thing about a year ago, thus coming under the jurisdiction of the family law court.

    I now know that I am a man and not a person and NOT under the authority of the Family Law Court.

    My question is, can I go in and say “I do not consent” even though I have a prior contract saying that I do consent.

    Can I withdraw my consent from the first contract (consent order) because I was mislead and did not understand at that time?

    Any advice please? Thanks all.
