How do we settle a family law matter outside “The system”

My friend was is a relationship where he gave money to his partner to pay off her debts and support her family. That relationship has ended and now he is trying to get compensation for all the money that he has put into the place. He is left with nothing as she claims that he isn’t entitled to anything. He isn’t even allowed to collect machinery and tools that is on the property. He has chosen to go through the traditional legal way which we all hate. They are both part of “the woke” community. It has now become even more complex as the daughter of his ex has put a DVO court order against him for storking. If he doesn’t defend himself, he will be found guilty and charged and have this charge against his name forever. It will probably cost him $10k to defend himself. This is all a tactic that she is using to break him. How do we handle these matters outside the system? Is the barrister that Mark refers to worth a talk to? The other thought I had is, Does lawyers that are part of The Bar Association except BOE or PN. (Bills of exchange and Promissory notes) ?

He could carryout a private three step conditional acceptance process with affidavit with the ones coming against him and then he would have that agreement to present in court using the non consent to proceedings process in court. Maybe he needs to join this forum and buy some of the resources to help him with this process, then members can possibly help him refine his notices.
