    Fighting a speeding fine is what lead me here to SE. I had a fixed camera fine that was over the limit I was actually travelling at. I was over, but not what the camera was saying. 68km, not 74km. I wrote a letter saying I do not consent, present anyone I trespassed against and who has a contract saying I am your property. I did three notices and I haven’t had my questions answered and now I have received a Fines recovery letter. I haven’t opened it, as I just looked up the PO Box.

    Q: Do I write the return and non consent statements or open and deal with it directly.
