First BoE advice needed

I have a few questions on BOE, hopefully someone can help.
I watched as many recorded webinars as I could but it seems like I am still missing some information. My questions are below, sorry if they sound Dumb, but this is exactly how I feel about this process at the moment. I am really someone who needs “BoE for Dummies”, at least for my first BoE. I am clear on the general process, but not so clear on details.
1 I am about to prepare the BoE to pay infringement notice (SA). Who do I appoint as a fiduciary?
2 From our Boe template provided in the package we have:
“SMITH, JOHN HENRY ; Queensland Government, Department of Justice and Attorney- General, State Penalties Enforcement Registry (SPER) Party ID 54782487 Contact ID 34404854.
PAY IN ORDER TO: “
My question here is: Is “<b style=”font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit; color: var(–bb-body-text-color);”>Queensland Government, Department of Justice and Attorney- General” – the trustee for QCV Trust of <b style=”font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit; color: var(–bb-body-text-color);”>SMITH, JOHN HENRY? Is it the reason we put it there, or am I missing something?
3 One of the BoE examples provided by Mark has only:
THE PUBLIC-CHARITABLE-TRUST of <b style=”font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit; color: var(–bb-body-text-color);”>SMITH, JOHN HENRY
<b style=”font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit; color: var(–bb-body-text-color);”>PAY ON DEMAND: Whoever
So the question is: Do we need to address the Trustee in a specific way? Or both ways (Q2 and Q3 above) work?
Also, once I complete my first BoE, is there anyone here, in the group, who can have a look and advise if it is done correctly?

There is a more in depth explanation of the BOE process in the Rules of the Game Workshops which you can purchase under the knowledge tab. UK workshops which I am watching now gives a detailed explanation. I haven’t got on to the Australian workshops yet but I presume you can watch them in any order you wish to.

I understand that there are many other resources to purchase and learn, but I paid for this module for the purpose of learning how to use the BoE in Australia so that it works. I guess for the money I paid I have the right to ask questions and get answers that relates to the purchased topic. I am not asking for anything that is out of the topic. It is part of the topic and it is unclear.
Is it not that simple for the founder, or his team to answer a simple question – who is the entity we request payment from? Or do I need to pay other 10 tutors in a hope to get this simple answer?
I was hoping to purchase more packages from Solutions Empowerment as long as they give me a full and complete explanation of the process. The BoE is my first product purchased and you are telling me to go elsewhere for the answer. I am sorry, but I have nothing else to say here.
I just hope that someone else can jump on board and explain me how to go about correctly completing the BoE without me having to go to UK forums.

Hi I understand your frustration however the money you have paid is a fraction of what you would pay if you went to a lawyer and if you went to a lawyer you may pay thousands and still not get a result. What we pay on here for resources is peanuts compared to that. This is a learning site and if you went to a university you would also be paying hundreds to thousands more for your education. The documents Mark provides are incredibly well written and he has one of the few sites that doesn’t lead you up the garden path. Our part as users of the site is to put in lots of studying and paying for the resources that has knowledge in them that has been hard won by Mark from years of battling with the system. This not a course of action to take on lightly and you must educate yourself fully before completing each process if you will be able to successfully hold your position with any process you complete. We would all like it to be easy and straight forward, myself included, but we are dealing with parasites and pirates who will try anything to get out of their obligations and responsibilities. If anyone has answers for you it will because they paid the extra money they needed to to learn these processes thoroughly. Don’t get me wrong, I hope you do get an easy and simple answer to your question, however I know from my own journey that to arm yourself with knowledge even if it takes energy and money is far more valuable than getting a quick answer. I do understand you may need a quick answer for now as we all do at times, but I hope you use this experience you are having to stimulate you to spend more time and money on your education in dealing with the system on this unique site and resource that may not be here forever.
