I have an upcoming matter, which will be heard in Victorian court for an alleged driving offence.

I probably have 20 or so pending matters in this jurisdiction (letters/party invitations) that I have filed, refused or neglected, to reply to due to laziness. I’m worried that these will be all brought up and addressed at the court matter for this alleged driving offence. <b style=”font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit; -webkit-text-size-adjust: 100%;”>Will this possibly happen and is it jurisdictionally possible, or would the magistrate not even touch on these (irrelevant) matters that are within the same jurisdiction?

Prepare yourself as if it will be brought up and then you will have all bases covered.

oh shit. I have received hundred of letters over the past 12 months for dozens of matters… all of which I have not responded to. Am I screwed?
      What should I do?

maybe you could ask where is the evidence that you received anything? Where is their affidaivt (ask the court clerk when you arrive at court about this one?) Just keep studying the court modules and buying things such as Module 17 Court Role Play and memorise the scripts?
