  • Fraud in the Private School System in Australia

Posted by Michael on January 16, 2024 at 8:32 pm

I’ve recently learned that our Private School that we had enrolled our 3 youngest children into has been collecting a ‘double payment’ of fees at the begining of each year.

This is not a ‘partial payment’, a ‘percentage of’, a ‘token sum’, or a ‘small subsidy’… rather it is a collection of more than 100% of the fees they quoted us, collected from several government sources.

$43,000 in school fees for 2 years (three children) is what we were quoted. Instead, they have collected at least $66,000 for the 2 year period from government sources. Together with our payments that’s more than $109,000 for 3 children for 24 months of education.

    Absolutly crazy!

The thing I’m most upset about is that we delibertly left the public system becasue of all the ‘indoctrination’, grooming and threats upon their lives… covid injections, masking etc.

… Now we find ourselves in the exact same public system but at a higher price! It’s just an expensive Public School – not a Private one.

I’d like to take action against them but I’m not sure what steps to take. I have already formally notified them of my anger that they traded upon my children’s names like they were chattel… but there is little care from the school leadership nor the other parents for that matter. If they put up with the covid madness and complied with that… I’m not sure how much anger I’m going to get out of people finding out they entire system is just a public funnel anyway.

    Any suggestions?

If you have evidence of the quote they supplied to you initially and check anything that you may have signed to ensure you didn’t agree to any arbitrary hikes, then you don’t need to pay them. They need to provide evidence for their claim first. Don’t make statements but ask questions. Every statement/claim you make you will be required to prove with evidence. If they make unsubstantiated claims then they will be required to provide evidence for their claims. Which webinars have you watched so far?

Just a handful… I only joined last week. Done all the foundation work… watched the videos on trusts.

I have sent them a letter with 20+ leading questions asking them to provide evidence that my wife and I signed anything giving them permission to trade on our kids names… nothing back of any substance yet.

I’m not sure the game plan here… I’ve written to them. They have recieved it…

They won’t answer my questions… they can’t it will incriminate them.

I give them three opportunitites… and then what?

I attempt to get a meeting with them. They have already refused me twice for a meeting.

Where do I go from there?

      — Thanks for the help

Thank you very much for this… I really appreciate your help! I have another communication scheduled with them for tomorrow… I’ll try this approach.

You don’t know anything but trying to secure a $500 m settlement from the government for the covid fraud do you? I’ve lost in excess of $500 million due to the fraud of covid losing me my funding facility for my new tech start up. Trying to work out how I would tackle that one… Happy to cut someone in for any help with the process that leads to success. Thanks again!

You would have to make sure firstly that you had airtight evidence of the fraud, then you can use that evidence to start a three step process to gain an agreement with them. Once you have the agreement that they owe you (whatever amount) then you can send them an invoice for the amount agreed to by them (through the three step process). It’s a steep learning curve but I don’t think there is a statute of limitations on fraud, so you have all the time in the world to learn how to do these processes competently.

      From this web page… https://lyonslaw.com.au/statute-of-limitations-australia/

The Crimes Act 1914 (Cth), Section 15B, and the Criminal Procedure Act 1986 (NSW), Section 179(1) sets the basis for the statute of limitations in Australia.

Statute of limitations Australia applies to both civil and criminal offences. Even though not all offences are covered under the statute of limitations in Australia, cases of negligence, breach of contract, theft, assault, drink driving and back taxes can be dismissed on the grounds of long delay before a charge is laid.

Once the time to issue and file a “court attendance notice” has expired in summary and civil charges, police cannot bring the charges against the person.

      Western Australia

Criminal Procedure Act 2004(WA), Section 21.

Section 21(1) provides for the commencement of an indictable offense. According to this Section, an indictable offense can be commenced at any time. The only exemption to this statute of limitation is when another law otherwise provides.

Examples of indictable offenses include treason, murder, rape, grant theft, fraud, aggravated burglary, and kidnapping. These offenses are dealt with in the Supreme Court of NSW. [italics mine]
