  Help! Re court forms, if anyone knows?

  The council filed a claim for unpaid rates after they rejected the BOE money order payment.

  I had to do a Defence and Counterclaim.

  I have applied for a date for court hearing.

  Am I supposed to send the Council’s solicitor(the other party) copies of:

  my “Notice to Appear” which tells the court I am going to attend without a lawyer to represent me,

  my “Application for Summary Judgement” which has the date and time booked in for the hearing….wouldn’t the court give them a copy of that? Or if the court doesn’t do that, then it’s my responsibility to post it to the other party or else get in trouble?
