UPDATE:

Good Morning to all the great Woman, Man and offspring of this great channel. Just want to share a few learnings and experiences I had while submitting Round 1 Documents for non-consent to jab and lockdowns. NOTE: None of these have been checked legally, I just done what felt right with the time limit available…….

1. Firstly these documents are way underpriced, so take advantage and read them so that they can be edited and applied to any offer from the public realm. This was my first venture into acting honourable and standing under God the Creator in contract law, so it’s exciting.
2. Firstly the Round 1 batch of documents that get sent to Parliament House weigh 830 grams – So make sure you get a TOUGH BAG! I had them all in registered post envelope (MAX 500grams) and it took standing my ground at the Post Office yesterday for us to finally come up with a solution of photocopying the registered post satchel barcode and taping it to the front of the tough bag and instructing both registered post barcodes be scanned. Hopefully both get scanned in Canberra.
3. Just a few things regarding Edits I made to documents. In the document titled “My Will Notice, Notice and Demand for Further Particulars Else Notice to Cease and Desist”, I changed the cost per vaccinated family member to $15,000,000 instead of the $150,000. As Mark always says, you do you. I understand that they will never sign and accept liability however I wanted that sum changed so that I can sleep better at night and It is a sum that I am absolutely prepared to pursue to the end. Knowing how hard it is to prove injury or death that is directly related to jab with corrupt GP’s running the show.
4. Next was a few edits to the document titled “Affidavit of Claimant”. This may just be because when I downloaded document to Macbook pro it populated documents into pages program. The page# and Signature section, at the bottom of each page, had another paragraph under it so I just edited it so it all lined up nice and tidy at the bottom.
5. Next Edits where to document titled ” Declaration in the Format of an Affidavit and Notice of Understanding and Intent And Claim of Right”.

• <font face=”inherit”>Firstly I forgot to put my thumb print on the first </font>attempt. Make sure you put your thumb print on, I had to do everything over as I had to destroy the registered post bags so had to redo documents with updated registered tracking numbers. Mark, Explicitly says in the instructions to do this. Moral of the story – Read Instructions:)
• <font face=”inherit”>Secondly I changed point #26 to include accurate document titles – </font>Failing, refusing, neglecting to reply to and answer the document titled “My Will Notice, Notice and Demand for Further and Better Particulars Else Notice to Cease and Desist” and the document titled “My Will Notice and Mandate”. Again I’m unsure if this is correct however I felt it is as it accurately describes the documents referred to.
• <font face=”inherit”>Lastly was all to do with the Exhibits. I have no clue if this is right, hopefully SE can comment on this…. This all come about as I was so talkative with the JP regarding why stuff was done the way she was doing things. Anyways the individual also started taking an interest which although time consuming it was a great chance to learn. I changed document titled Annexure —-. I changed it to “Exhibit TPO-01”. I also edited point #10 to reflect this. I think point #10 must be automatically populated and just didn’t get it right. Also at the bottom of document is Exhibit list. Again I edited it to reflect above mentioned and just tidied it up as I think when it was pre populated into pages it didn’t line up. It also mentions Page# and had 9 – I deleted 9 as I couldn’t explain to JP what it was </font>referencing. Next The JP done up a cover letter that went on top of exhibit page. As mentioned before I had to change the document titled “Annexure” to Exhibit as the JP said I had to change it to line up with what was referenced in the Affidavit.

That is all for now and hopefully it helps someone. It’s an intense process and Mark literally done all the hard work, all I had to do was follow instructions and it was still intimidating and very frustrating at times. Also if SE or if another Wo/man that is familiar with these documents is able to comment on the Declaration Affidavit that would be amazing. Have a wonderful weekend people’s of the private realm:)

Well done. I can feel what you are saying. I have been overloaded with watching so much, knowing I will have to watch most of them again. I was putting webinars on the first 2 weeks at night and listening to them as I sleep. Like a Russian Olympian from the 80’s.

haha it’s so cool hey. I too will have to watch again however this time I will have a note book and take notes that I can refer back too both at home and in a court room environment

Also, would it make sense to change on page 6, paragraph 6, where it also re3fers to a document “Notice of Non Consent and Notice of Conditional Acceptance”?

I have also noted on page 3 point 1 states ‘My Creator, being I’m a daughter of the Creator and a woman of faith’, daughter and woman words were missing.

Also on page 2 need to check a few spots where it states the word ‘private’ without the word wo/man.

Hi Troy, well done. I also spent lots of time making sure the documents I had were the way I wanted them and that any small mistakes were rectified. In this way I got to know the documents really well and I believe this is essential so that we completely understand what it is we are saying when we send these. If we are ever required to hold our position with them we will do so with comprehension and this will make it so much easier to be very confident with the documents. As you say Mark did the most essential work of the incredibly well written documents he produces and this enables us to use these as a template for any future private proceedings. They are worth between $10,000 and $30,000 so we are indeed blessed to have access to such quality at prices that make these accessible to us.

Yes I spent hours and hours on the documents making sure they were correct for NZ as well. It was time well spent.

morag can you remember who you sent the original sign declaration that had your thumb print too?

In the instructions it says to send the original to the prime minister, but lower down it has another instruction that says to send the original to the governor general. Obviously it’s too late now as Iv’e sent the original to the prime minister.

I’m in NZ and we had a list of politicians and the prime Minister to send ours to as well as the Governor General.

I kept the original and sent certified copies to everyone else as I read somewhere that we should keep the original and it sounded pretty good to me. It should be fine either way as long as all copies are certified by a JP as true and correct.

Thank you – I never had them certified. I Never even thought of certifying the copy I have. Good to know thank you:) Will the copies still be ok?

Also did you scan and keep a complete copy of all documents sent?

Do you think it’s worth trying to speak with SE regarding maybe adding and editing the points we are talking about to there instructions? I could probably do up a draft edit and send to you to proof read before sending to SE maybe?

At the time of sending I actually had a gut feeling I should have kept the original

Yes I made copies ( a combination of scan (of the signed pages) and print outs) of the whole process with all of the three notices the Affidavit and evidence they had been received all in one folder. I keep the original at home and carry the copies around with me in the car.

Mark thinks it is ok to send the original (I’m not saying he is wrong), I just felt happier keeping the original myself after I read the suggestion that it could be a good thing to do on another forum.

i cant even download the files, the attachment i got had just the certificate of mailing,restarted the process and paid for another one 5 bucks still the same, it says file is corrupted, and i cant get a reply from anyone. I’ve messaged the help center multiple times and nothing. has anyone here encountered a similar issue cos past discussion board topics cant help.

No I have no idea. If you have sent messages then no doubt the technical guys will be looking into it. only have non consent to vaccination from 2020 NZ and I think it has all been revamped and updated since then but you are welcome to have my copies of that you want them.
