holding position for cheque process to council
Hi, i have made a cheque process to the council for rates, intending it to be paid for the whole year. This is what they have sent back, after the 72 hours. Has anyone had to hold position for a cheque process before? I would appreciate others perspectives, i do already have ideas of how i will hold. Sometimes others ideas from their knowledge and experience are very helpful, as well. Thank you!

It’s always a matter of who can hold their position the longest and to be prepared for court if necessary. It’s best to prepare by watching webinars on court and buying modules on court just in case they try to take it there.
