Hi, i have been challenging 2 separate fines for the same unregistered car of mine since early this year. The latest with them is i had written a notice of conditional acceptance, then sent them a court election, then sent them a notice of default to the first notice of conditional acceptance. Prior to that, i had sent them several letters asking for evidence of different things with the fines, including a few stat decs. Then they sent to the fines unit, which i ended up paying the 28$ to get them back to the originals, i then sent the recent process that the KYR’s has the templates for. They have not responded to the notice of conditional acceptance or the court election, but when i sent the notice of default, they sent the following letter. Do i send them copies of the latest notices in response to this letter, i mean, everything would still be relevant, wouldn’t it, even though they “no longer have the notices”?

It is their problem if they no longer have the notices, but be kind and send them copies
and do a private settlement agreement if you did not send one with the default notice.

If some other unit takes over starts corresponding with you then commence the 3-step
process with them right from the beginning.

Thank them for acknowledging they have received your correspondence and make sure you finish the three step notice with them.
