How to get a BOE across the line?
Hi, I have been holding position on a BOE to the Fines Enforcement and Recovery Unit here in South Australia. I had begun the process on July 3rd 2023.
They have completely ignored all the paperwork.
We did everything, including the creditor’s statuary demand.
They did reduce take 20,000.$ off the original cost.
We thanked them for the offer and continued holding position.
We keep receiving the statements to pay, we keep responding by thanking for their offer and stating it has been discharged.
They also continuously threat to take the money from my son’s bank account.
My son lives overseas though and has nothing in his bank account here.
How to take this across the line?
