I wanted to ask you about the document I posted the other day, it is one Mark did in regards to a police complaint. My question is where did he lodge it? With the courts maybe? Or is Mark summons the officer to court? Thank you again

He would have sent a copy of this document to all the parties involved and would have presented it in court if necessary also. He should also probably have a list of public entities to send it to to notify them of the transgressions in the Module as well. The indemnity insurance company would automatically be notified once the superiors of this employee have been given a copy of the complaint.

I guess the remedy is that the officer is to get disciplined.

I now plan to do a principal to agent, agent to principal not to the police followed with a fee schedule so if they pull me over again I have conclusive evidence I do not consent.

I’ll be put some terms and conditions in there too.

You wouldn’t lodge a formal complaint through the courts, you do it by notifying all parties and the complaint goes to the superiors of the party who damaged you. You only take it to court if they drag you in there and you use it as an exhibit to the affidavit you prepare for court. It should not go to court but be dealt with by the superiors. the formal complaint sets up a paper trail. One complaint from one person puts a check mark against the perpetrator. Two complaints from two different people means two marks against them and when it gets to three complaints then that perpetrator can end up getting fired because the insurance company for their workplace will then see them as high risk and won’t want to cover them anymore.

I found the organisation that provides the indemnity insurance for my states government entity’s so I plan to call them today to see if I can complain directly to them.

I lodged my formal complaint through the employers formal procedure about the officer but was told within a hour that he did nothing wrong even with out looking into it. Have have keep their reply but the complaint itself is no longer on there website only a complaint number.

Once I have done the principal to agent process and they do want to pull me over and don’t acknowledge my process, do I go after the officer himself or the officer and the entity who employees him/her?

They may say that to you but they do have to list the complaint and it does put a check mark against his file with them. It’s great you have a complaint number so make sure you put that somewhere secure. The complaints process is there to make sure that if any employee carries out multiple infractions they relieve him/her of their position so they won’t end up costing the organisation money (compensation for harm caused). If you have an airtight case with airtight evidence and you know how to competently write documents in preparation for court and know how to hold your position in court then go ahead with taking action against them. If you’re not at that level yet, then prepare yourself for the next encounter by way of getting the correct paperwork in your mode of transportation (scripts, laminated case law, non consent docs, conditional acceptance docs etc) and doing lots of role play so that you will be a master at dealing with anything they verbally throw at you. Then make sure you have a good quality recording device with you at all times to record any interaction as evidence. Also study court procedure through the webinars and role play scripts for court as well. Buy any necessary modules. This site is like attending university only much more packed with information that will actually teach you how to get remedy and much more cost effective. All it requires is some of your your time and energy expended on learning and some fees. You can also learn how to discharge any liability they are claiming you owe them.

This time around and the time before that I didn’t really put enough into in trapping them because I was hoping to educate them a little and have them see that what they are doing is wrong. I was being the nice guy, very informative but just polite. Next time I will still be polite and informative but I’ll be knowing I’m going to do something this time.

I understand all the procedures and know what I have to do but it’s just exhausting when I work 60 hours a week. I guess it it what it is.

I write everything down I hear and see so I can look at it later.

They don’t try to educate us and it is not our job to educate them. If you are playing a game of chess or poker do you try to educate your fellow players as to what your moves are or is it better to have the upper hand when they don’t know what you are going to do next?

I wasn’t being too nice, more firm but my plan or idea was for them to see what they are doing is wrong. I was doing with everyone that tried to make me wear a mask or check in. I never did either but what I did was question them with questions and then towards to end ask them is this the life they want for their children.

I am starting to realise that not many care and that I’m now just going to not bother to be nice about it but just start the true world be live in and if they want to take it further then so be it.

Yep we all start to realise that it’s like pushing s…t uphill to try to change anyone and in the end we just get on with protecting ourselves and our families.

100% I now don’t mention much anymore because I have been saying a lot over many years and my conclusion is most people don’t mind being a slave to a system.

With Freedom comes Responsibility and most do want the Responsibility.

Unfortunately most people consent to all of things within this system so they only have themselves to blame.

I use to be worked up a politician’s and the like but now I’m see it’s the people that are the blame.

Anyway that’s my view nowadays.

Its not unlike , in fact id say it exactly like, working with a trauma victim to get them to move through survival mode, defense mechanisms, and the trauma, finally back to health. softly softly.

Yes me too, it made me feel that it all can be done. I have been throwing myself in the deep end with some many things like question MPs when their at the local markets, asking the mayor and councillors to provide a referendum that empowers them be a local government etc. Not to mention my council rates I am paying, claim my tax back for the last few years and discharging the liability to pay off two credit cards I purposely maxed, one at 10k the other at 20k. I was nerves when I started by now I am enjoying it as I know I stand for the truth.

I am doing the same Brother. Trying to let go of bad programmed habits. I still find it hard watching the mask wearing, not only for the health implications, but for the satanic messaging and distancing it conveys. Learning not argue and ask questions is becoming a new habit. You still get the ones that feel they need to dominate. Simple questions they can’t answer, normally puts them on the back foot. They don’t like it, don’t want to answer and normally call you a name (Conspiracy Theorist). Words don’t hurt, lies do. Imagine calling them a Brainwashed Vaccine-Mask wearing Zealot. They would lose it. Part of the programming. Even these I am, learning not to waste my time, but it is kind of fun breaking their narrative, especially in front of the other sheep that don’t know any better. I hope even some of my questions get them thinking. People that don’t think are the ones that I can’t be around. I find ways to exit or not to be around them, as they are the contagion and will bring me down.

Am I with you bud 100%. I just ask them in hope they think about it at night, but I do not care either way now because the way I see it it is every Man/Woman/Trans lol for themselves. The system and programming to well set up so I now put my energy into my way of thinking and plan for my future, how I can make each day a day were I am internally happy and fully embracing the beautiful nature that I see. Hi Kari, Yes its so sad when it is so in your face. They purposefully put it in our face so they are not Lawfully doing anything wrong as it is their servants that do their work for them. Awesome that’s exactly how I see it now too. I used to think people would want the information and act on it but sadly most want to bury their heads in the sand or they are too scared to take action when they do believe the new information they are receiving.

Here are my suggestions. If you are harmed again you make sure before anything you get the name of the individual who wants to carry out commerce with you so you know who to name in any action you might proceed with. As you correctly say it is Notice to Agent etc then the paperwork is holding all of them accountable. You do need a name though and you can address it to for example Steve Wobbly acting as Constable Steve Wobbly, so then he is personally liable as well as liable in his role in the company he is working for (the POLICE) under the title he uses within that company.

I’m also now in the process of obtaining the video footage the officer has, I have to get my id certified at the station in which I request the information from. So I’m sure he will find this out.

Also I just wanted to share with anyone reading this once you start expressing you don’t consent or how ever you plan to start they radio for back up. I’m guessing for intimation reasons.

This has happened twice to me, I only figured it out on my last altercation with them.

Next time they call for back up , if you have handled the altercation competently and have conditional acceptances etc at your findgertips and if you have already offered them the paperwork etc then you can say something like “great maybe your senior officer will understand these processes because you don’t seem to with respect” Then you can go through the process of setting them up again to provide yourself with evidence that they are acting outside of their jurisdiction (if you have set this up correctly when asking them questions)

I posted a set up question PDF on this site a few days ago but since then I have upgraded it and know the steps in my head on what to do.

Only the times I have spoken with cops, MPs and councillors I never had scripts but now I will use them as I plan to follow up it now as in the past I just let it go.

The cop I spoke too the other day didn’t even get my license he took my registration details so he is totally in the wrong, my plan for that is to send in my license as it’s signed all rights with a Notice of demand and better particulars.

The notice will have questions of course so yeah that’s my plan.

That sounds great. I’ve got a link here for you that I think will be helpful for you in regards to complaints. From about 102.50 onwards Alphonse talks about the bar grievance process (same as police complaints but against lawyers) and what happens behind closed doors when you submit a complaint. The main point for me is that the insurance company already knows there has been a complaint submitted so they are automatically notified. I don’t know about the other court procedure of filing a claim because this is in America and also it is talking about when a lawyer breaks the rules in court. Awesome thanks, I watched a video a year or so ago you posted of the Canadian guy who was using the method of asking those that work for the state to provide him insurance and to pay him upfront if they want him to preform for that state.

The video is discussing Ryan’s experiences in court when he wouldn’t accept their offer of wearing a mask in that venue. Alphonse is describing what happens behind closed doors when a bar grievance is submitted by a member of the public when a lawyer is not following the rules. Ryan offered the lawyer a deal in exchange for the lawyer’s/prosecutor’s offer of reducing the fine and then dropping all charges if Ryan would wear a mask in court. Ryan’s counter offer was; drop all of the charges and then I and my family won’t submit bar grievances against you. The charges were all dropped with no conditions attached.

That’s a great idea to notify them of your fee schedule, I’ll be doing that too with any future processes I complete. For me, it’s all about setting up a paper trail so it is there to use when I need it.
