The best source of vitamin C is in eating organ meats, which have been demonised by the system (and vegetables and fruit touted as “superfoods” and all you need for amazing health when in fact vegetables have many natural toxins in them to protect themselves from being eaten which slowly but surely over the years cause many ailments such as kidney stones, and arthritis and in the end most suffer from horrible illnesses such as osteoporosis, cancer and heart disease if veggies are their main source of food and fruit is mainly sugar so very few nutrients there) so now due to the propaganda on ‘healthy’ vegetables and fruit very few people eat organ meats from animals. If you do decide to eat organ meats you will be blessed with almost every nutrient the body needs to remain healthy. Fat is another thing that has been demonised and that is why there is an exponential rise in alzheimers, because if you stop eating fat the brain suffers from malnourishment and eventually begins to deteriorate.

I was sent a pamphlet by the pirates in govt and in it they said if you are suffering from gout don’t eat meat or liver. I have a friend who was on medication for gout, she started eating red meat and liver and it cleared up!!! A patient cured is a patient lost.
