Info on 3rd party please
If a Credit Card corporation assigns it’s rights under the credit facility to a third party, is that now a legal agreement between myself and the new 3rd party?
Would the non consent process work in a magistrate civil proceeding to the valve of $50,000 or less?
Or is the non consent process mostly for infringement cases?

I have done all of that plus so much more, they sent me a notice showing that the original party can assign the account to a third party without my consent.
I asked if they can show me were I agreed to this.
They are saying that the contract with the original party is now with them and the original corporation can assign it’s rights under the credit facility.
It does state this.

They can do whatever they like, but does that bind you? Have you agreed to be bound by their third party employee? Do you have a contract with the company they hired? Etc. it is the same if a lawyer hired by them sends you a letter to try to get you to engage with them. They are also third party interlopers and you are not obligated to speak with them as they are working for another party not you. So you can thank them for their kind offer, but you need to see evidence of a contract between you and if they still wish to proceed anyway, are they prepared to take liability for any damages caused to you by their continued harassment?

I have done up some pretty good notices but they keep coming lol
When they sent me the last one of a snapshot showing the original party can and has assigned a third party I got a bit worried. There is a bit more to it then that but I still held my position and sent them another notice stating that is not enough evidence to support the claim.
I sent them another notice of non consent and for further and better particulars straight away so it’s game on again.
I have some great setup questions but you can never have enough advice.
I asked Mark some questions last night but they were not really the best questions.
The next day I knew what I should of asked instead.
I now listen to all the Q&A recordings at work, there so much information in those recordings so I’m just taking lots of notes.
Anyway thanks again for the information as I really appreciate it 😊

Looking at in now, it’s states it assigns its rights and not contract.
So I will use this as a setup question too.
