Hi all. Love the content — what an eye-opener!

While studying the promissory note (PM) process, I came across a QLD court judgement and ruling case in 2020. Looks like they used very similar methods advised here in the PM module. The ruling went against the process. It even outlines the key arguments Mark advises around the AU financial emergencies Acts.

Am I missing anything? Judgement is from the Supreme Court.

Outcome usually depends on how well prepared one is to stand their ground and to know how to ask the right questions in court the adversary make any false claims. Quite often people can be tricked into giving them jurisdiction and then it is game over.
