Is your land held in fee simple? or is it FEE SIMPLE
First thing I noticed when looking over the documents pertaining to the house I allegedly got a loan for was that the Estate Type was FEE SIMPLE….
1. It doesn’t read as anything because the DOG LATIN text
2. It doesnt say “in” fee simpleSo how can anyone claim the land is held in fee simple if they have removed the word “in” and turned it into a text that reads nothing?

Yes, that’s right. I’d say that all properties are now without the ‘in’ fee simple. Mark and others are working on it, so, right now, it’s a matter of staying tuned.

The key is to ask ‘when did I agree that you could change the wording on my title and take away my fee simple agreement with Queen Victoria and all her heirs successors and assigns, where is the agreement that allowed you to do that?’
