“white hats” refer to the behind the scenes govt agents who are apparently removing the corruption etc world wide- the term goes along with the notion of “Q” and the cryptic info this source has given over the years. you’ll also read alot on the letter ’17’ (Q) in this kinda chat. basically there is a belief that these militiary agents( could be off world) are assisting in getting the world ready for a better earth etc…
