Land Patent Process
Land Patent question, does anyone know of anyone who has completed the process of land patent? Ive recently bought property (Alodial Title) but don’t want it on the government land register, however I don’t know yet how to inform the public or potential future creditors for the old owner that its not in the old owners name anymore. Any ideas would be most helpful! Thank you!
