    Someone has signed a declaration of truth against me, with false facts, and they have signed this knowing that the facts are false.

    They did this to file a frivolous intervention order against me.

    What’s my best course of action to twist the tables on them?

    Rebut their Declaration with an affidavit with exhibits as evidence to support the facts in the affidavit.
