Local Land Services Annual Return
Hi! I’m very interested and just starting to learn this process. I would like to try it out on the Local Land Services Annual Return of Land and Stock for the year. I haven’t had a rural property before, and I’m also new to NSW. The form is a simple 2 pages wanting to know how much livestock there is on the property, and vegetation/agricultural use. It was due 31 Aug and has a fine for non lodgement. I have learned that I’m in dishonorable silence at this stage but also see that there are ways to apologize for that. I understand there is a three part process.
My sticking point is writing the Notice of Demand of Further Particulars. This is not the local council so I’m not sure what questions I can ask to make them uninterested in pursuing this.
Does anyone have experience in this one? Or maybe someone might know which module would cover this or where I could go to get started or what questions I could consider? I’ve tried doing this on my own but just can’t seem to work out where to find the information.
