This is a comment I found under the video…. “Brandon has only been at this for a short time so I’ll give him a pass on this national thing. A national is an individual is a person is a FICTION! All of these terms of status are government made up bullshit words designed to trick men and women into believing they need some sort of magical words to describe themselves before they can approach government. Men and women created government! We don’t need no stinkin’ status! And why would anyone “owe” allegiance to their own creation? These terms could only apply to the strawman which is a fiction. A fiction can’t owe allegiance to anything, how could it? Maybe in commercial la la land, but commercial law (the statutes) only applies to fictitious entities. Man is never addressed there. Better to drop all of that status stuff and if gov wants to know your status you tell it, I am a man, your creator…An individual is a person which is a fiction….. “

Here’s another comment that I think may be relevant as to whether to have faith in everything Brandon Joe Williams says or not, (I myself find it hard to believe that if he was really going to help people that he would be allowed to have such wide coverage on all platforms without being censored by the system)…. “This is a horrible scam. This man doesn’t understand the definitions he’s quoting–and I don’t mean that he doesn’t know legalese, I mean he’s not even reading the whole page.
For example, he makes a huge deal out of the definition of “United States” in Title 28, Section 3002. He applies it to the tax code in Title 26. But the very first words of 28 USC 3002 are “As used in this chapter”. They explicitly don’t apply even to all of Title 28, much less to Title 26. This is just basic literacy, and he gets it incredibly wrong over and over again. He makes the same mistake almost every time he uses a definition, applying it outside what the text of the law says that definition applies to. It’s like saying that you have to pay your ducks, because ducks have bills–not really a problem a normally literate person should have. He makes a bunch of other mistakes, too, like saying that state laws define where the federal government is. That’s (a) not what they do, and (b) would be completely unconstitutional under the Supremacy Clause.
He’s not a legal expert. He’s a scammer trying to gin up a career as an influencer. People who have trusted him have gotten badly burned. The Knapp family let him run their lawsuit against one of their lenders, and his legal theories were so incomprehensible and wrong they not only lost, they were ordered to pay the defendants’ legal bills–over sixty thousand dollars. Think he’s going to step in and cover that bill for them? They might lose their house, because he needed some suckers to file a lawsuit to make him look like a lawyer.
He’s only ever lost cases. You can search his name in PACER, and find all the cases he’s lost–there aren’t any that he’s won. But here he is saying that his theories work every single time. How do you square that? Well, he’s lying. Just like he’s lying when he claims to study definitions he hasn’t read, and when he claims to have “infinite money.” (And come on, what more hint do you need that someone is a scammer than them claiming to have infinite money? Build a children’s hospital, then, and prove it.)
I get that weird scammers make good content. But they can also hurt real people. The Knapps aren’t the only people who trusted him……..eventually someone ….[could] go to prison for taking his advice. …………”

Great, that you read the comments too. Actually, I am just investigating how we can have a different ‘living address’. Virtual office could be the way to go!

Yes I’ve got a question for Mark about what constitutes a valid address on Notices and affidavits and in court to enable us to protect our privacy and also to ensure we don’t confess to a physical address which can give them jurisdiction.

I just checked how we did the jab non-consent. It shows the full address, so it’s probably ok.
