Mini-Course issues
Posted by Karen on January 9, 2024 at 5:56 amI am new. Just started the mini-course. Completed the founder’s introduction 13 minute video. The system won’t let me continue to the next video. It tells me to go back and complete the first introduction 13 minute video again. Am I doing something wrong or is the system not working???

I had the same issue. Just had to try again the next day and it worked. Seems to be a bit of a glitch there. You could email them and ask them to take a look at it

Question. I need to find the most suitable No Trespass sign for my properties urgently. There are a few No Trespass signs to choose from on the website. Is there an explanation of when to use which No Trespass sign/s? Council has issued me a dirty letter demanding access or stating they will get the police and a warrant and in a phone call council officer stated he would gain access same day he arrives via warrant if I don’t let him in. Which No Trespass sign is most suitable for my properties.

I use NZ versions of these two (I’m in NZ) and I put up cameras and padlocks on the gates. A friend did the same (She just had the trespass sign not the exclusion notice) and the parasites wouldn’t cross a padlocked gate with trespass signs and cameras. (Evidence of this was caught on the video). If they do cross it and it is videod then you have evidence they agreed to the contract on the trespass sign, which is to pay damages of $750,000 in damages after they have had 3 warnings to leave. If you have a trespass sign on every gate and every door then you only need to give them one more warning to leave before they are fully liable. I have the two similar ones on Mark’s website. Can you tell me what non-commercial, non-resident refers to. My rental property may be considered commercial without my knowing it. If it is classified as commercial by use can I use the notice which says ‘non-commercial’ at the top of it? I don’t know how to PM you.
