Hello Everyone, I have sent The Notice of tender payment to AGL and now they are threatening us with disconnecting our electricity. Can someone please point me in the right direction on which letter/action I take now? Thank you in advance.

Suggestion; you could let them know that since they are now threatening you (which is a breach of their code of conduct and of the Fair trading legislation, if they cut your power off they must now provide you with an alternative. I sent a three step notice to a power company that threatened to cut off our power and I included a brochure of the solar system they would be liable for buying for me to replace the power and they backed off. If you want more info PM me.

      Hi Morag-Jane,

Thank you for your reply. This sounds like a great strategy. Do you have letter templates that you used for the 3 step pan?

      Thank you in Advance

      Reagan.
