Good morning Yvette,

I haven’t been summons to court and I will do my best to avoid it for now. If I ever go, I will be making sure the Prosecutor is the Trustee and that they are trying to administer my Trust without my consent. I got somewhere yesterday with SA Fines. The debt is paid (theft from my account). I recorded the conversation, but icloud is having problems sending it to me from my son’s phone. The lady helping has told me I need to fill out a Dispute form…..Hmmm. Dispute, isn’t that getting into an argument, which will lead to court? It will cost me $27 to make a claim. I said I don’t know why I have to pay for a claim when I haven’t done anything wrong and none of my questions have been answered. I have 28 days to do this, I don’t think so. I have the Rego to pay on my Automobile….my Little Mule that gets me from A to B, but there is a box at the bottom with instructions saying it has to be done direct with Services SA and not at the Post office. Can i register it? Maybe not.

I caught half of QandA last night and Mark made the comment about Affidavits and that they can be sent out at anytime.. When I first started I was wet behind the ears and had already sent a letter of non consent and asking who have I trespassed against, who has contract saying (i) property, but I didn’t know how to do an affidavit. I sent 2 more notices, once joining SE, with conditional acceptance, default judgement and was asking for names of all parties. I said I was happy to meet in private and settle face to face. No response and then off to SA Fines, to which I never engaged with their letters (spiel). Now my thoughts are to get hold of the name of the Expiation Manager or someone who has authority, send an affidavit to them stating all the facts I have and also with an invoice for my time. I am not getting paid for this and they have not been Honourable. Actually there is no integrity at all in this process. SA Fines is not even with the police, so how can they take funds out of my account, when I haven’t even been tried for the Alleged Offence. Pre-Crime Minority Report is making more sense to me. I am not a Minor anymore, I was a late bloomer, but I’m finally feeling like I have reach the Age of Majority. I have no Qualms standing on my own two feet and taking care of my own affairs.

Q: How can a Magistrate be classed as competent, when that requires someone knowing how to tell the difference between right and wrong? The system is based on deception and fraud, so it is not built on any Integrity what so ever. Integrity is what makes us all accountable for our actions, even theirs and mine. I will be the first to say I am sorry for anything I do, especially if it causes harm or puts someone out. This is what is missing in the world and it’s what we need to be teaching not just the young, but also to the old who have lost their way. Manners and the ability to say sorry is what society should be focusing on and maybe that might be a starting point to getting back some kind of respect for one another and ourselves.

I love the journey I am on and I am realising the things I need to let go of and the things I need to bring into my life. We have all been conditioned and it is hard to get rid of bad habits. I pull myself up all the time now as it’s easy to get pulled back into the arguments. I might not beat this internal battle, but I will make sure I can control it best I can.

Knowing there are people like you, the SE crew and other likeminded people/groups, is what will make the difference. We can shape this for the better. If they can use minority groups to change public opinion, then we can do it as well. Knowing who we are, speaking with good intentions, is the key to keeping our Position strong and showing others that are open, there is a better way.

I asked Mark about them stealing funds from your account last night and he said if they are ignoring due process then you need to put a claim into court against them for unlawfully removing funds from your account. You need to sue them.

Thanks Morag, I linked in as you were asking it. I caught the end and I am glad I did. You have helped me immensely throughout this process and not only given vital information, but an inner strength to tap into. Everyday I connect more dots and I see ways to keep at them. I will never give in to their terms and conditions, it’s my life to control, not theirs. They are just number crunchers, who are in the wrong. Does the money hurt being taken out of my account, a little. it’s more of the dishonest process and the backdoor violation, that is driving me now. If I really think about it, I am actually ahead for once, as I wiped 3 years of tax in one hit, Thanks Mark for that one.

I have to head off, I will find it when I get a chance. Thanks Matthew, for your advice the other day, much appreciated. I will also be looking more into the PN process, once get this hurtle under control and sure to be in touch.
