Hey there,
I’m currently needing to deal with a false debt from ATO as a sole trader. 3 years of false claimed debts now reach a yucky total of $40k. The big one of $35k is false even in their fraudulent system as my net income was increased for the broker to buy a great acreage (even though I didn’t need to show income that high)….baaahhh.
I’ve watched both the 2019 and 22 tax webinars from Mark & am awake to the global fraud of tax systems, all systems, agendas etc etc. Just trying to figure out which hand to play. Soaking up all info in the forum here.
I have a few Q’s for you.
1) Did you submit those returns online in mygov?
2) Did you submit them all at one time (same date period)
3) Did their return statements come up in mygov?
4) Where did you write ‘agent for the dead entity” ? (in your name section)???
5) Did you complete according to webinar with NA to most other Q’s?
6) Did you tick NO to “do I you need to submit a tax return next year??

I’m not on MyGov and don’t have internet correspondence with them. I did 3 years at the same time, by printing off the years and mailing all three together. I wrote Agent on page 2 under the Income section, Salary or Wages, Occupation. Copied Marks advice, filled out only sections that related to me the Living Being (No Offspring details, etc) and I opted out for doing anymore Tax returns.

Im not sure about having money owed. Mark mentioned it’s like book keeping, as they are just trying to fill in the blanks and balance the books. You might have to do a promissory note to write off the debt.

Good luck with it all and stay in the Private Realm as much as you can.

Thanks for that info. Yeah I’ve done all my returns for the last 10 years keeping it simple with a low net income to incur no tax bill until we needed an accountant to do my returns to get a loan for a property. Then the false debt has been created, so yes I wish to just duck out all together by doing a year of under the threshold and then opting out and moving into the private completely but have to work out how to reduce or wipe this debt. I have put a post up on it as we plan to get hubbies tax back, amend mine to a low figure and then use his cash back to pay mine. Use the system to pay the system type thing – playing a game to win and then get out.

Keep at them and do what you need to do. They deceived us into this Corrupt System and we have every right to be above it and play it on our terms. It’s all Fiction and Monopoly Money anyway. No need to get attached. They are just corporations, not real people. Who has a contract that say you are their property. We are sovereign over our bodies, that is our land and this earth was given to us all to enjoy and look after. Ancestry is about culture and respect, not power and ownership.

We are the only creatures on this earth that makes commerce exist. Can we change it and what would we replace it with? We are the most expensive and highly traded commodity on the Planet. Not Oil, Not Gold, Nothing. We Buy and We Sell.

Keep strong in your position, keep to the basics and it should be alright. There are options, terms and agreements that can settle any matter. We just keep trying to find the ones that work the best for the task at hand. You got this.

Thanks Ant made for your support. I am so into empowerment on every level and I know that I’m a divine soul only inhabiting my body and using my name my mother gave me for this life. yet it’s amazing how ingrained their fraudulent rules are in my body (despite knowing the truth). It is incredible how much “they” (essentially dark forces inhabiting other bodies) have deceived us all yes and thanks for the reminder, I really need it with this because despite “knowing” who I am and knowing the truth – it is a challenge to rise and step up to owing it outright.
