I havnt got a confirmed trust name yet and im not too sure how to fill out the schedule form without a trust name, i had my meeting with mark already on zoom aswell but forgot to ask those questions as i asked other questions during my time

Have you told him your trust name yet, because he needs to check that the name hasn’t been taken. Once he confirms that with you then you can complete the schedule. Here’s a copy of my schedule. Once you have it please let me know so I can delete it again

Do we have to use the Family name on the form? can we just go by the name on the source document?

Just check with Mark before doing this. When you submit it he will probably let you know if it is correct then.

Hi morag, just me again. I also purchased trust but nothing has been emailed out yet. Is schedule 1 usually included in the trust documents that get emailed?

I just looked through what they sent me and I couldn’t see Schedule 1. Schedule 1 is near the end of the Trust document that Mark prepares (the second to last page) and it just has a list of the Trustees Beneficiaries etc on it. Mark will be writing that up for you when you have given him all the relevant details. Here’s a copy of mine.

Hi Morag
Ive just received my trust documents from Mark in the mail, just a quick question for the next step, do i sign the back page to complete the trust?
and is this what i need to take into a bank to apply for a bank account for the trust?
It appears I’ve been given 4 copies is there a reason for that also?

You’ve been given four copies as you may need to use more than one at a time. Yes you sign it but make sure you do this in front of two independent witnesses. They sign under the statement ‘In the presence of’. When you open an account you take in one copy and they can copy whatever they need from the Trust. Sometimes they even copy the whole thing and that’s ok.

so basically the trust has been created all i need to do is sign in front of the witness which could be someone in my family?
doesn’t have to be a bank manager who i choose to open an account with?

Next step is finding out how to place property/titles in trust as id like to put my house title in there as well as my car

Mark created Trust for me but I was wondering as a trustee I shouldn’t have used my first, second and surname but only the first and the second names? Can someone explain this to me? Thanks.

Ps. I know that all three names are used to create corporation by the Government trough the birth certificate and I was thinking that by using all my three names I am still handing ownership to the government!?

You have to use your legal names, otherwise they don’t know who you are. Once the trust is set, then you operate in private. They do not understand private.

re visiting this because I’ve just had a thought, Our name can only ever be the Christian name, we don’t have “legal names”. Three words can make a name but we can never have “3 names” especially “legal names”. The SURNAME doesn’t belong to us and when I set my trust up with mark I questioned if I should add the family name to my name as trustee etc. because I didn’t want any confusion on who I really am.
Im only presuming but having the family name after the Christian name on the schedule form in proper English should in its own right separate it from the SURNAME.
I was worried that having my family name after my Christian name on the deed would still tie me back to the SURNAME but my logic is since its written in proper English as a noun that it simply cannot be the same as the SURNAME.

The way I understand it is; you need to act as trustee using your transmitting utility aka birth certificate. That birth certificate can have a tax number but it doesn’t implicate the trust. So you acting as trustee (BC dead, trustee dead) is the same as a (living) man acting as a ceo of a corporation (ceo dead, corporation dead) and it allows the public to see you when you want to do business on behalf of the trust, but the trust remains in the private. If you use the All rights reserved signature the signature evidences that a living man is actually acting as a dead entity because only a living man can reserve his rights and/or sign on behalf of (By:) Maybe some one else can correct me if I am wrong?

I thought the purpose of it all was to not be the trustee of the surname, they created the surname when we were born and through deception at a young age tricked us into using it as our own, I want nothing to do with the surname or at least to make it known that its not me, i know the difference between a name and a wordmark. a corporation forcing their wordmark onto you without consent would be slavery would it not?

When we interact with the public we need a transmitting utility and so that is why they need to see our birth certificate to see the entity they are trading with. You use it on your terms and any contracts that are inequitable can be withdrawn from so you don’t have to be a slave unless you agree to be. We are the beneficiary of the name and the actors in the system act as the trustee/s.

do you have any other files on transferring assets to the trust and setting up bank accounts etc? Ive RSVP for the upcoming webinar but i may get my bank account sorted sooner.

Also need to figure out how I go about talking my boss into letting me quit my job under the STATE name and then create a new contract so i can hire out my time to him through the trust, ie holidays and sick days and a way to send invoices weekly or monthly for my time hired out just for back up
