I hit a tree in and the whole front of my beloved car is crumpled. was leaking fluids. apparently engine wasn’t hared but will definitely need a new radiator.

didn’t have insurance. Without telling me I’m stupid or something, the road was wet. I was going 40. nobody else was around. 2001 Mercedes and I love that car

I will never take a victim mentality, but if anyone could recommend alternative solutions given I’ve got no insurance (ie seeing roads authority for slipperiness?) I don’t know,

any helpful suggestions of alternative solutions I wouldn’t have thought of, I really appreciate it 🙂

I have a friend who is MR Negative and belligerent along with it, so i can tell you …

people do get repairs done when they can prove the pot hole the council was reminded about and hasn’t been fix caused their damage, or the roading company didn’t sweep the loose chip away and now your paint and wind screen is damaged. the road melts as was the case In NZ.

you need good evidence and perseverance, pick your battles.

traditionally you claim on your insurance, the insurance company might then claim from the roading company or council, say for instance that section of road was known to be a problem. they would have stats to hold up their position and people who decide whether to litigate or not whose job it is to do that day in day out.
