Personal Jurisdiction
Hi all, has anyone successfully challenged the personal jurisdiction of the family law court?
1. Only a person can be in a refactor relationship. And I am a man and not a person.
2. I am listed as “respondent”, what is the best way to decline or conditionally accept this title when replying to the application for a court order against me?

Has anyone prevented jurisdiction of the family law court by claiming they are a man and not a person. As only a person can be in a de facto relationship, the family law court can only have jurisdiction over a man with his consent. Does this sound like an appropriate first line of defense?

Family law courts are notoriously difficult to deal with and not as easy to get remedy from at all. If you follow what it says in the documents I have shared with you, that is probably the best way to get a positive outcome.
