    Hai, I have contacted the Finance Company to get the information to put on the promissory note, but they keep telling me to just deposit the money into my bank account and pay off the loan that way. (it is an automatic withdrawal) When I stated I wanted to send payment via postal services they said to write the cheque out to the corporation. I know in the module it says to write one promissory note to the CEO. Is it okay to put the corporations name on the promissory note without having a specific person.

    Obviously once I send the PN, I put a stop payment on the account. Thank you for your reply.
