I have my partner saying she will not sign anything until a lawyer looks over the deed.

I’ve tried to get her to watch the videos and the like but she says I’m crazy and if it’s to good to be true it usually is.

Would I be in breach of the agreement I signed if I got a solicitor to look over it to keep her satisfied.

That should be ok but just be prepared for him to try to discredit it. If he does try and discredit it in front of your wife, who is she likely to believe, so it could be counterproductive in that way. If he does try to naysay it you can ask him for the evidence that any sections are not valid and evidence that any statutes apply to unregistered Trusts and evidence it is not lawful to have an unregistered private Trust. Just saying stuff isn’t enough, you need evidence and there is ample evidence that these Trusts are in use and effective.

If it is any comfort my husband thought I was being paranoid and delusional but when he saw evidence these processes worked through us doing things eg not wearing masks on planes, giving conditional acceptances to businesses masks, writing Notices that had positive results, then he has now come around and is now fully on board. It is a difficult situation if your partner is not supportive as it can lead to sabotage by way of the partner talking to authority figures if they approach and submitting to their authority. I’m not saying your partner will do this, I am saying you need to make sure you are both on the same page if you are going to have her name on any documents before you proceed.
