You have been served with a Complaint and Summons requiring you to attend on (said date) at the Magistrates Court in Southport. Enclosed is a copy of the Facts and Particulars outlining the offence.

Still researching this subject. I would like to cancel the registration but need to make sure I understand what is required first.

As far as I can ascertain from Mark’s teaching, the easiest approach is to attend and offer to settle and pay and making sure before you go to court you have completed a process that creates an agreement with the other party. If you don’t have time to do it then you can seek an adjournment for a valid reason such as illness in the family etc and this will be granted and then you will have time to get an agreement in place. Study is required to know how to complete all of this competently however.
