Rbt turned to being assaulted
Hey guys yesterday I was heading home from work yesterday and went through an RBT I do not have a licence plate in the front and I’m in the process of reconvening and changing status well I had a joint and the car smelled abit like weed none the lest I did the breath test and then the officer asked why I didn’t have a number plate and I said what’s your presumption I was aware of that and then another officer came up and asked for my licence where I repeated no I’m not required to show you any of my details and as my wallet was sitting there they said your wallets just there where I then said I do not have to comply and before I got another word in the officer yelled something about weed opened my car door and about 5-6 officers attacked me all simultaneously trying to hurt me and get me out of my car I just tried to stay calm and relaxed but they were all trying to hurt me 1 was ripping my hair 1 was trying to snap my arm against the door and the other got a handcuff on and twisting it while the other was trying to pop my elbow out and the other was yanking on my neck with his full bodyweight in the end I allowed them to get me out where they continued to all try to take me down as I held my ground and Im fully capable of defending myself I tried to speak and followed to process of I do not consent and this is illegal I then allowed them to pin me down on the ground and they were relentlessly trying to get me down. and called a bus in to take me in… once I got a chance to speak and establish myself whilst they were ravaging my car they found a 50 of weed in which they all looked quite disappointed and once I spoke and followed the process of stating my status they then tried to take me into the bus where the leading officer was I then followed the process of no consent etc and that they attacked and harmed a living man and once I started asking the questions like who gave you authority to harm a living man etc they changed their tune they kept asking if I understand I said no I do not stand under you and they gave me an option and threatened me with jail saying I can sign or go to jail and they would leave me there I kept on repeating i do not consent this is against my rights as a living man and tried to get me to do tests I stipulated thst I was signing under duress as I was threatened and signed v.c. by Jasonpinder all rights reserved. whats my next step as I can’t get over their disgusting attitude and the way they looked at me like I was absolute filth and I was watching them as they were all attempting to hurt me as much as they can and didn’t even let me speak they need to go and I want to get restitution they ripped my seatbelt out of my car and left it on the side of the road as it is not registered so they could not take it…. what’s the next step because I can’t allow this anymore this has happened 1 to many times and I won’t allow it anymore any help would be greatly appreciated I now can’t get to work without a seatbelt as the alarm goes off and my neck is sore as and I have physical and visual injuries sustained as well as a small recording after they were forced to let me go so I have the badge numbers and names of some of the officers

thanks heaps yeh sucks lucky I can hold my own and ended up getting released with my car using what I have learnt from this compared to how I used to handle things is a way bigger step and I see the bigger picture big time it was in a way quite a good moment for me to be able to implement intelligence rather than aggressive behaviour it’s a big step for me

You need to get a medical report about your injuries. Did you record the interaction? Did you have a witness? If you have these things in place then you can put in a Formal complaint which will trigger a report to their Public Liability Insurance. You can do this without a lawyer. if you want to know how to handle these stops in a way that you won’t get assaulted then watch the webinars on dealing with police. If you want a quick script and some more information then PM me. Let me know if you want a breakdown on what you could have done differently to get a different result. If you study the webinars and buy the modules you will be able to figure out what you could have done differently. Having said that you still manged to get some things right. eg V.C. on the statement.

who do I make the complaints to I was thinking the ombudsman, the Commissioner, obviously have to right to the courts, attorney general and the governor general

That’s intense man. Sorry to hear that it happened and it sounds like it’s happened before. Nice work staying calm and not getting aggressive and then verbally holding your position. Sorry I don’t have any advice except watch and rewatch those webinars.

hey man look they broke like 30 laws humiliated me in public ravaged my car and hurt me and I stayed calm and I felt ok with it in a sense I got no licence no rego got caught with some weed and they had to let me go with my car and I felt no fear in fact I felt I got my power back coz old me would of just let loose but I am a free man a living man and once I innderstood the word suveran then that resonated big time with my highest self also I implemented everything I learnt from this platform and already I have success!

Good on you for taping that, did that police officer in the end say to you “Fuck off!”?? Isn’t that a breach of their code of conduct. In the NZ Police code of conduct that is listed under “Misconduct ‘using abusive or offensive language’ which may result in formal disciplinary action”. So that is evidence of a breach of their code (look up your local code of conduct to make sure) and if it is you can use the footage as evidence of that and put it into any formal complaint you might submit. well done! you might find other breaches that you have caught on this video too.
