Re: What is Name of Estate in Notice of Conditional Acceptance?
We were able to get exemption till end of Jan so just starting this process of putting in the Notice of Conditional Acceptance. In this letter, item 22 j & k, requires <Name of Your Estate>. We have a corporate trustee for our trust. What name do we use? Our own names as Directors, the name of the trustee or the name of the trust? Not sure if we need to talk to SE team about this as the query has come up several times but no clear answers…
