Reconveyance
Hi,
I have use the reconveyance process through Muki.
I understand that using government documents (drivers license and passport etc) is not recommended as its crossing jurisdictions etc but to my knowledge Australia hasn’t yet recognised the private realm so to prevent any unwanted encounters/arrests I was thinking would it be ok to use my drivers license purely for proof of competency to operate a car and understand road rules etc; however i wouldn’t use it for ID i would use my witness testimony if absolutely necessary. and of course using it under duress.
hope this makes sense and i have explained myself correctly.

I’m not carrying a license on me anymore. I’m ready to be polite, stick to my Soul and be a Man before any name or title. I will get them to tell me their names first and then ask if they are under oath. Then I will say I do not consent to any policy and legislations and do not accept offer to contract. Three times if needed and if they continue, I will give them a conditional acceptance with my terms and conditions to contract. I want a million dollars upfront, $10k for every minute of the contract and all liabilities waived. My word is my bond, but I’m happy to do a handshake deal as well (extend hand out).
Q: Is the Private Sector the same as Private Realm.

They may not recognise the private jurisdiction but that’s ok because we do!!! Since when do we need permission from entities, (in a lower jurisdiction than men and women), to be in a higher and more powerful jurisdiction that enables us to stop them from being able to coerce and bully us into their inequitable contracts?

I wonder if any of them (the individual at hand) have the actual contract that says we are their property.
When we talk about mixing jurisdictions, could one say that The Magistrate is the one that is mixing jurisdictions. For Ours, is Pure and Supreme and it does not matter where we stand on this earth, It is always above all jurisdictions. Basic and Beautiful, No spin, No shade, Just Clear and True.

In court one must never make claims or the burden of proof changes from them to us. To stay in our correct role as creditor we must be the ones asking questions.

The contract they have with us is implied and we overcome that with a competently worded Claim of Right (Mark has provided this resource for us in the non consent to Lockdown docs)
