Returning an infringement slip (left on vehicle) within 72 hours
Hi Group!
I just received an infringement from Brisbane City Council for parking in a No Standing zone. The infringement was issued by them leaving a slip of paper on my vehicle windscreen.
It has been less than 72 hours since the infringement was issued.
I’ve watched the Module 36 webinar (and purchased it) and am interested in using the option to return the infringement within 72 hours stating that I don’t consent to do business with them, etc.
My question is; can I send it back in an envelope which I purchase? The reason I ask is because from the webinar I get the impression we can only return an infringement within 72 hours if we don’t open the envelope it comes in.
I hope my situation and question are clear. I would have waited for a Q&A session to ask but am limited by time to respond.
Fyi, my QLD drivers license is signed “All rights reserved”.

Here is what one member did. If you do this and then receive more letters from them then you can write unclaimed etc on the second and third attempts they make. If you read the PDF all the way through it will give you your remedy.
