  Slander Case: Titles of the First Two Notices?

  I’m pursuing a public slander case where claims were made about our business and personally. The first Notice is of course “Notice of Demand”. The second one is either “Notice of Breach” or “Notice to Remedy”… which is most appropriate?

  The Final Notice is of course entitled “Final Notice”
