    Hi Folks

    Recently I received a speeding Fine alleged speed 55kph in a 50 zone.

    Can I nominate another fictional name so that I don’t lose points but also to avoid paying the extortion? I’ve heard that there is a method to do this, by using a friends address and a fictional name so that when they resend it the fictional character replies somehow. Can someone enlighten me on this please?
