    Hi All,

I would like to share with everyone a document I sent recently, It is a Conditional Notice Of Intention to Defend.

I just thought it might be helpful for anyone who wants to know this type of information.

I had purchased the dealing with councils module and done the three step process, then 18 -24 months went by without them contacting me that much, I did receive some correspondence from them over those years but I just always replied with questions.

I was summons to court over my overdue rates a few months ago and after watching the webinar with Darren Dickson I found out that are ways that may help you not to have to attend court.

This is what I sent to the courts about 6-7 weeks and still nothing back, so I just wanted to share this with everyone so they can get ideas.

I am not stating that I am in the clear but so far so good.

Also worth noting is that I had sent a affidavit to the CEO of the council making the claim around the same time as sending my notice to the courts.

I should have sent the affidavit much earlier but I just did not get around to it, I guess you could say the summons to court made me find the time haha.

Anyway I hope it can be of some help as I know I appreciate it when I see others share their stories.

Also I am in the process of discharging a 20k credit card I got purposely with the A4V process. The correspondence is almost to nothing now and I have noticed the CFO that if it goes to court they will be bought before the court via subpoena for their negligence

There are a lot of documents there so I will not upload them.

I will say if you research the webinars and take lots of notes you can truly achieve a lot of the things that Soultions Empowerment are helping you to do.

I do believe it is easier to hold your position when you hold something the system wants ( your money or your assets) rather then you trying to get something from the system that you want. Like your licence to not be suspended and things alike.

I can guarantee those letter processes work, I did this with another group called get out of debt free in 2015/2016 for five credit cards some banks some store. Yes I was a CC junky back then $120k in total , All gone. used for debt collectors as well and a couple of solicitors, of which I think were in house with the banks. I never answered emails or phone calls and especially private numbers. still don’t but after doing the letter processes they stopped harassing me pretty much after 12 months. I still stayed alert as after not sure if six or seven years it goes to debt forgiveness… Hint: always have a post box address, and if you can a letter box address not at your residence you live at, just keeps the hounds away. Plus once you get out of the ccdebt you must stay in honour and not go into debt again. live within your means, great feeling

Thank you for your positive story. I too, have found the 3 step process works. My encounter with Telstra stretched to 4 including invoices for loss of service and nuisance calls, but the latest registered letter sent ‘person to person’ on 24th February was returned to me today. I haven’t ‘paid’ for the account with ‘money’ since November, although they sent a few emails to attempt to contract. We still have service, and haven’t received any site-specific loss of service or spam calls for nearly 2 months. I’m wondering if I should return the last letter to Vicky Brady in a plain letter and see what reaction there is, or leave sleeping dogs lie? Any thoughts?
