Yes, it works fine. Particularly if you are self employed. But if you are fearful, I would wait and do some more research on who you are. You need to feel confident you can stand before a judge, magistrate or ATO and confidently declare you are a man, created by God, and act under God’s law, especially Gen 1:26.

Thanks for your reply Buz. l am not self-employed. It would be payg. I have been studying all this, who I am for quite a while now and have been to court, trouble is l have a hearing problem and cannot hear all of the conversations. But would not necessarily have to go to court. Is that correct? l just wanted to know if anyone has had recent success. I am really over giving these corrupt thugs any more of the money l earn, what with the high cost of living.

I am having a battel with my employer ATM. They have agreed for me to be a sole trader working for them but I need to supply my ABN. I have given them the “Statement By A Supplier” form and ticked the box – The whole of the payment is exempt income for the supplier. If they don’t accept this should I just supply the ABN and then when I do my tax return, make sure the deductions are high enough not to pay tax?

That can work, I did that with some one I was working for as a sole trader.

As I understand it you would only declare you are a man by way of affidavit entered into court. I would think you wouldn’t make claims in court but you would ask questions. eg “does anyone here say I am not a man?’ and ask three times to gain an agreement.

Hi Lawrence,
You can increase your deductions from last year so you get more tax back. If you do it incrementally then you can fly under their radar.
If you are aware of law of attraction. Then negative thoughts about the ATO watching you could attract the very thing that you don’t want. Food for thought.
Marks processes work if you follow them as he has laid the path before you.
