She is correct however there are still remedies if we take the time to learn and apply them. We have to remember that the only way we can bring common law into a commercial court is by way of case law that has been agreed to in a higher court. Attached are some examples of case law on tax. As far as them making claims, they then (according to proper legal process) have the burden of proof to explain and provide evidence that their claims are valid. Another thing is legislation is only applicable if consent has been received from whomever they are trying to apply it to. We can make it clear in our documents that we don’t consent by way of conditional acceptance. The process of conditional acceptance keeps us in honour and requires them to answer certain questions before they can proceed. It’s all covered in this webinar about the three step process http://solutionsempowerment.org/webinar-private-prosecution-as-a-strategy-to-achieve-your-remedy/ and webinars about court (there are many on this topic you just choose the one that is applicable to your situation and competency level).

Yeah, I am seeing I through the content on this site. I just find it hard with the honourable thing, when they are lying to themselves. Smart enough to study LAW/Legislation, but not understand the system is rigged. There are a few Ignorance quotes, but the no defence one fits well here. I posted a video with Kurtis R Kallenbach and he goes on for an hour. I listen to it about 8 months ago and I played it again after posting it. Some of it has come back full circle for me. I would be interested on your thoughts. Publican = Public realm, interstate, etc.

Hi Ant, if we remain in honour and they don’t then we have a much stronger case than them. We ask them questions that will prove they are acting incorrectly or will attain an agreement wit them that they have no jurisdiction and therefore have to back off or dismiss the case etc. We have to work 10 times harder to get a positive result in court because it is rigged against us. The good news is we can learn the rules of the game and learn how to be competent players. We can play on the public playing field or we can remain in the private and play from there. The situation always dictates which strategy is best.

It’s a shame that the game comes at the expense and lives of innocent men and woman. Families are destroyed, lives are taken, our offspring suffer and souls are broken. Not to mention all of us, even the ones playing the game, are poisoned by it…..mind and body. It would be great to see a world of people living to their highest potential and to experience what this world really has to offer. All Secrets revealed.

Absolutely, that’s what we are taught in school to be honest and loving and honourable unfortunately the system is not that way, but fortunately individuals within it are and we can sometimes be in a situation where we get help from an honourable person within the dishonourable system. It is so heartwarming when that happens.

Thanks for your share and chats Morag. I feel like I am going full circle and my spirit self is showing things. Tom Barnett’s You can’t catch a virus video, resonated with me back in March 2020 and got me looking deeper into the immune system. Thanks Tom if you ever read this, it really helped me. I even save it and even made it into 2 halves to send to people. It was a nice surprise to see him talking with Mark. I also watched a Kurtis Kallenbach post with Tom last night on LAW. Things are connecting and overlapping for me at the moment. One thing I have learnt, is stick to the basics and the rest is just noise to be picked at when we need it. If we cant answer the basics, how can we stand by all the other claims being told.
This is one of my first
One Bat caused all this? Bats live in large communities, sometimes consisting of hundreds of thousands. So how come no other bat caught one of the most contagious virus ever?
