Piecing together references to legal documents which apply. Please correct me if I am incorrect.

APP ~ Seems to mean ‘Australian Privacy Principle’ however I can’t find the definition of this.

    Page 335 or 351 –

Privacy Act 1988 – 3 Australian Privacy Principle 3—collection of solicited personal

    information.

3.3 An APP entity must not collect sensitive information about an

    individual unless:

    (a) the individual CONSENTS to the collection of the information

Blacks 4th Edition definitions – I search this dictionary in CASE SENSITIVE mode searching for the capitalised version of the word.

COERCE. Compelled to compliance; constrained to obedience, or submission in a vigorous or forcible manner.”

COERCION. Compulsion; constraint; compelling by force or arms. It may be actual, direct, or positive, as where physical force is used to compel act against one’s will, or implied, legal or constructive, as where one party is constrained by subjugation to other to do what his free will would refuse.”

“SUBJUGATION” is not in blacks 4th ed.

“SUBROGATE To substitute (a person) for another regarding a legal right or claim.” –> It’s a very furry word in this edition.

    Criminal Code Act 1995 – volume 2

    390.1 Definitions

    (1) In this Division:

ancillary offence, in relation to a State offence (the primary offence), means:

    (b) a State offence of aiding, abetting, counselling or procuring, or being in any way knowingly concerned in, the commission of the primary offence;

    ———————————

Another source is suggesting that this says that by consenting to the DirectorsID which is in breach of the Privacy act 1988, we would be committing an ancillary offence by aiding and abetting a crime. This all appears to be covered in Marks templates rather well. However looking up the regulations myself gives me far more confidence in dealing with these entities. I wonder if Joseph Longo is a real man and Jennifer Dolphin a real woman. Their names sound fictional.

Also here is the ASIC transcript showing that ASIC is a non registered entity.

This video points to why you may be aiding and abetting a crime if you sign up for the directors ID.
