If it is in the Affidavit of Claimant, then you don’t have to worry. They are given the opportunity to fill that document out. You DON’T fill that one out it is sent in for them to complete (in the same envelope as your notices and affidavit)

You put into your notices the people you want to contact. Everything Mark puts in there is suggestions as to what he thinks would be most effective, but at the end of the day these are your notices and you can accept his version as is or you can make adjustments according to what you want to have within them. just remember whatever you put in them you then have to hold your position with so make sure you are happy and confident and have full understanding of whatever you decide to do.
