Three question rule
Hello,
my wife recived a fine of 100 euro for not responding to the question if we have television and radio at home or not. She responded 3 times via e mail (screenshots are made), “if responding to que question is compulsory for a living/breathing woman” ? What are the next step to settle the matter in our favor ? I suppose for not responding 3 times to the question, they assented that they have no jurisdiction over us in that issue. Should we make an affidavit and send this to the court or to them directly to dismiss it ?

its always the same process. Do a conditional acceptance where you accept to answer any question if they 1. provide evidence that they have jurisdiction over a man, 2. provide evidence that there is any obligation that their rules, regulations or statutes apply to a man. 3. provide evidence that the signatory is not a man. You have to write to the CEO of that organization with his full name to pull him into your private jurisdiction. I never write to the corporation, I always write to the man or woman in his/her capacity as CEO of a coropration.

thank you for the quick response i will try to get the name of the head of the organisation : Strafamt. I suppose they have to dismiss it because when they go to court i provide an affidavit.
