my trust arrived so thats great…just a couple of quick questions if i may.

    1) i have to sign it with witness…..can the witness be anyone? wasnt going to use a beneficiery, but can it be a random man/women?

    2) next stop is the bank to open an account..i know they require a copy of the trust deed. Mark has said that they do not need to know the benficiery details, but o schedule 1 of the trust it has beneficiery names. do i just take schedule page out when letting them photocopy?

thanks in advance…..ps i will re watch the opening a bank account part of trust set up too. thanks

Yes the witness can be anyone over the age of 18. When you give your copy to the bank don’t take anything out, you don’t have to list the beneficiaries names in the Trust deed. They can be just called “Offspring” for example. So you can change that page if you want to as you are in total control of your Trust Deed.

As I said you can change that if you wish as you have full control over the Trust. You would need to replace that page.
