trust bank account selling property
hey guys i need some help
well all my bank account have been shot down by westpack ( personal , trust and foundation ) Im selling property under trust name so i need to open a bank account quickly . I go to bank of queensland Do i have to provide schedule with name of beneficiaries or better question some one can list me what paperwork should i give them please. commonwealth already rejected my application. If im not able to open bank account for my trust can i use my personal bank account as im the trustee? or what can i do ?

It’s best to open another account. You just hand over your Trust Deed and let them photocopy whatever they need from it. If you want the beneficiaries to remain confidential you can change the Deed to eg Secondary Beneficiaries Offspring of the Trustees
