URGENT- Notice of Non-Consent to the IHR Amendments by the WHO

They suggest posting on X (Twitter) or Facebook, but shouldn’t we be encouraging people to write in? Isn’t that more powerful? After all, these so-called “regulations” are still just offers. So how is posting on X going to stop anything?
I know plenty of people on X who read all the bad news, get annoyed, and do absolutely nothing. Yes, sharing is important to get the word out, and I agree with that. But it’s just as important to show people how to actually take action like directing them to websites that help generate Notices of Non-Consent.
When I was in Melbourne recently for a court matter, I’ve been helping with (which is thankfully nearing an end), I met people or their friends who had no idea they could oppose what the government is implementing. They thought they just had to go along with it. Many had never even heard of the WHO’s plans.
This is exactly the kind of information that should be shared:
“A long-standing maxim of law says: if one fails to express one’s non-consent to an offer any offer made by an offeror, then it’s taken that one has accepted the offer by assent through silence.”
I’ve attached a template that my partner and I put together using Rod Culleton’s “Quo Warranto” as a base, combined with a basic Notice of Non-Consent. Feel free to use it, adapt it, improve it, whatever helps.
But these notices need to be sent ASAP.
I’ve already sent emails, but I’ll now be sending a >formal Notice as well. I hope this document gets your non-consent writing juices flowing because this is how we stop the criminal WHO from unlawfully seizing control of Australians’ health by force.

That’s awesome, I hope many people take up your kind offer that will save them so much work. As I’m in NZ it doesn’t apply. Good on you for taking action! I’ve downloaded it for future reference. BTW without prejudice aka off the record, means they can’t use it in court against you but you can’t use it in court against them either.
