The modules usually have examples of the documents Mark used to achieve what he needed. They are specific to Aus but I have used them as templates here in NZ and I just look up the relevant legislation in NZ as the legislation is pretty much the same in Commonwealth countries. Webinars need to be watched prior to using the modules as they explain the methods behind the documents and explain how you can hold your position with them and also how to write the documents in a competent manner and how to deal with any approaches from officials in the system who want to do business with you. There is a lot to learn and it is almost like taking a university study course with several papers. However if you are determined and are willing to step outside of your comfort zone, you will learn and be able to use these methods.

Thank you for the information. I don’t have a specific module in mind as of yet, just watching a bunch of webinars. With Canada being a commonwealth country I am hoping I can find info easy enough.
