The only thing I don’t agree with that this guy is talking about is eating green leafy plant food; organic or otherwise. They are chock full of natural anti nutrients and gut destroying elements which slowly poison the body over many years.Some of the names for these are phytates, oxolate, lectins and goitrogens (in soy products). They can cause arthritis and leaky gut and ulcerative colitis and hormonal problems and many more debilitating conditions. This poison in the leafy greens is the plant’s only defence mechanism as it can’t run away and only animals with a suitable digestive tract such as cows and sheep are not affected by the poisons and can in fact convert plant matter into saturated fat. Us humans need to eat red meat and saturated fat to remain healthy and to stave off things like alzheimers and many other ailments in our old age. Thank goodness discovered this before my health deteriorated too much. I changed my diet and my health profile with the information I have now shared with you on this forum.

Have you listened to Dr Robert Young? I tend to agree with you on this but i can’t help to keep going back to this guy, his arguments are compelling to me, in both nutrition and vaccine/5G related information. That being said my mother in law is a personal trainer and she swears by keto. Myself i stick to Meat and Veg and just avoid carbs and man made food.

I lost my bowel trying to cure myself of ulcerative colitis 15 years ago and I couldn’t understand why when I was eating all organic fruit and veggies. 5 years ago I watched ex vegan videos and I suddenly understood what had made me ill and why I just got sicker and sicker trying to cure myself with so called ‘nutrient dense’ veggies. I never understood why I lost my bowel and had pre diabetes when I was eating all of these things that the system assure everyone in many many articles and publications that they will stave off heart disease and inflammation, will lower blood pressure and prevent cancer and the list goes on and on. It is all lies and misinformation. When I listened to ex vegan videos my struggle with health all my life (I was raised vegetarian) suddenly made sense. I remembered my mother telling me that as a nurse they used to feed patients recuperating from illness with raw liver. (this was in the 1940s) As a child I thought eww! My father was a staunch vegetarian and brainwashed the whole family into thinking they were the healthiest most life giving foods. I also became a staunch vegetarian. All my life I had conditions such as lots of cavities in my teeth, split ends in my hair, weak nails, I was much smaller than average, I was constantly ill. As an adult I did start eating red meat but was convinced by the system to make sure the plate was filled with veggies and only a small amount of meat to make sure the meat did not make me sick. My bowel after being inundated with toxins from the veggies and fibre that ulcerated my bowel, finally gave up and I almost died. If they had not given me an emergency operation to remove my bowel I would have died. I still thought oh well shit just happens and I went on eating the veggies. I developed pre diabetes and I was constantly tired tired tired. I just couldn’t understand it when I didn’t eat much sweets at all and my diet was chock full of ‘healthy veggies’. When I saw the ex vegan video the truth hit me like a ton of bricks. I watched many many of their videos and almost every ailment they suffered from eating exclusively veggies I had had over my lifetime. I was so shocked to realise they were the bane of my existence. I did a complete flip, started watching testimonies from people on the carnivore diet and my husband and I changed our eating completely. We now no longer touch green leafy vegetables and are sooo much healthier. As for the inflammation the veggie promoters claim veggies deal with? The one thing that takes care of inflammation in the body is earthing and my husband and I invested in an earthing mat for the bed and we now no longer suffer from pain and any slight injuries we might have are healed in most cases overnight on the earthing mat. (we did extensive research into that as well.) Everything the veggie promoters say, in the main, is the opposite of what is true. Red meat and fat is what we need to stave of disease and injury.
